Purpose of the Website

AuctionTCG.com is a platform for blind auctions of Disney Lorcana trading cards. Each auction features a fully disclosed group of cards-users can see exactly what they are bidding on. However, the bids placed by other users remain hidden until the auction ends, creating a blind bidding environment.

Account and Payment Requirements

To participate in auctions, users must first create an account on AuctionTCG.com. Bidding also requires registering a valid payment method through Stripe, our secure third-party payment processor. AuctionTCG.com does not store any credit card data.

Bidding and Auction Process

Once registered and verified with Stripe, users can place blind bids on any active auction. All bids are final and binding. When an auction concludes:

  • The highest bidder is automatically charged the amount of their winning bid through Stripe.
  • The winner is notified by email and provided with auction result details.

User Responsibilities

By using AuctionTCG.com, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
  • Keep your payment information up to date with Stripe.
  • Only place bids you intend to honor.

Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of the platform, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Bid manipulation or collusion
  • Use of fraudulent accounts or payment methods
  • Attempts to exploit or disrupt the auction system
  • Use of the platform for non-auction-related activity

No Guarantees or Endorsements

AuctionTCG.com provides auction listings "as is" and does not guarantee the condition, value, or future resale potential of the cards listed. While all card contents in each auction are clearly disclosed, we do not verify third-party claims or act as an intermediary in disputes.

Limitation of Liability

By using the site, you accept that AuctionTCG.com is not liable for:

  • Losses related to auction outcomes
  • Technical issues affecting bids
  • Disputes with other users or third parties
